REACHING THE CONFERENCE SITE FROM/TO HOTEL

a. WALKING

Most of the Conference Hotels are situated in the vicinity of the ZAPPEION Conference Building i.e. at a walking distance of 200 - 900 m. (as shown on the Conference Hotel Map - shortly available).

b. USING THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT (BUS, METRO)
Both Bus and Metro/Subway Services connecting to/from the Conference site are available (details can be requested at the hotel receptions). Metro/Subway connections take between 3 to 10 minutes on average. The Hotels served by the Metro are: DIVANI ACROPOLIS (No 4), DIVANI CARAVEL (No 6), HILTON ATHENS (No 7), PARK (No 9), ASTOR (No 14), HERODION (No 15), PRIAMOS (No 23) and CHRISTINA (No 27).

c. USING A TAXI

Use of TAXIS is relatively cheap in Athens 1,5 to 2,5 EUROS for a small distance. It may be difficult to get one during the rush hours (08:00-09:30).
